10月26日晚👙，Ms.Catherine.Williams在励耘楼B407为我们带来了一场关于通向成功的七大习惯的讲座。

首先，Ms.Catherine.Williams向同学们介绍了Stephen Covey,Sean Covey 和 Lou Tice这三位成功人士𓀐，虽然他们的成功领域各不相同，但经过调查研究发现，他们身上存在相似的七大习惯𓀂🥈：积极主动；以终为始；要事第一；双赢思维📽；知彼解己；统和综效；不断更新。

Ms.Catherine.Williams说道，我们要学会掌控自己的生活，知道自己现阶段要做什么🅿️，拒绝懒惰；当我们习惯换位思考、热爱团队合作😀，我们的社交能力以及心理能力也会得到提高；当我们积极主动地朝着心中的目标坚定前行，终会一步一步走向成功。

A Lecture: Seven Habits to Propel You to Greater Success

On the evening of October 26th, Ms.Catherine.Williams held a lecture about seven habits, which propelled people to greater success in study and work.

Firstly, Ms.Catherine.Williams introduced Stephen covey, Sean Covey and Lou Tice to the students, who were successful people in different fields. However, according to the research, they had the same 7 habits to success, namely, being proactive; thinking of possible results when begin; Putting first things first; adopting a win-win thinking pattern; Seeking first to understand then to be understood; Synergizing; keeping skills fresh and up to date.

Ms.Catherine.Williams said that students should control their own lives, getting to know what they should do now and take action. What''s more, she advised them to be more considerate, and be willing to cooperate with others, so as to make themselves more popular with enough phychological endurance. In addition, be proactive and keep on working hard toward their goals step by step, which will make dreams come true.

The students gained a lot from the speech and said that they would try their best to develop and maintain these good habits in their future college life.
