11月25日下午两点， 2016届我院部分毕业生在J9九游会职业发展协会指导的林子建老师带领下，来到SGE肖恩环球教育吉大总部进行就业观摩🧑🏿‍🏭。

环球雅思名师Alice为大家讲述了自己出国六年后回国工作的经历，解读了国内外学习和工作环境的差异。Alice的留学生活从马来西亚国立大学开始👩‍🍼，在马学习的同时还兼职做销售员🍯👩🏿‍🔧，Alice提到兼职的目的不只是锻炼口语和胆量，还能提高她洞察需求的能力和反映的敏锐；第二站是在英国谢菲尔德大学✨，有了之前的留学经历，一个月完成几篇论文的生活Alice很快就适应了👨‍🦼；在文化认同感的召唤下，她选择了回国👂，选择了让自己更有发展空间的工作。Alice在不同文化的背景下培养了稳健的判断力和探索精神🚄，她强调这两点都很重要。在提问环节，Alice为大家解答了关于出国留学申请资料问题。

环球雅思的Sue老师也分享了自己的留学经历，介绍了环球雅思的企业文化和工作环境𓀖，并且就如何写好一份让人深刻的高效求职简历方面给了同学们实用的建议🕓🤦🏼‍♀️。

企业的就业实地观摩🥔，为同学们提供了职场体验机会，可以让同学们提前感受到工作环境和氛围，帮助同学们进一步明确自己的职业方向🏖。

Visit and Study inSean Global Education

On November 20th, Mr. Lin Zijian, the students’ counselor and employment instructor of SFL took the students to Sean Global Education for visiting and studying.

Alice in SGE shared her overseas life and told the differences of learning and working environment between China and other countries. Starting her overseas study life in National University of Malaysia, Alice also did a part-time job as a salesgirl which helped her not only oral speaking and courage, but also knowing customers’ needs and practicing response quickly. The learning in the University of Sheffield aided her ready responses to paper writing and she went back to China and found a satisfying job. Alice thought it was important to have soundness of judgment and exploratory spirits.

Another experienced teacher Sue also introduced enterprise culture of SGE and gave some suggestions about how to write an impressive resume. She also guided the students to design an English class for children.

Field learning made students feel the work environment and helped them to guide the career direction.
