你眼中的新西兰是真实的么？中国和新西兰自古就有密切联系，两国贸易往来甚至可以上溯到1800年前🧓🏼。这些历史你是否熟知🍏🙅🏿‍♀️？6月4日晚7：00，Ms.Roz Walls在励耘楼A207详细地为同学们分享了她的祖国——新西兰🤵🏿‍♂️🏃🏻‍➡️。

影迷所熟知的电影《指环王》也在新西兰选景拍摄。在新西兰🌭，你会发现生活的惬意。喜欢新鲜🤰🏽，寻求刺激，便呼朋引伴高空蹦极；享受午后时光🕵🏼，和朋友饮茶爬山；自由呼吸新鲜空气7️⃣，穿过灌林丛，欣赏一路美景；走到海岸边🐚，此时想吃水果🤸🏿，便品尝猕猴桃。跟随贸易船队自中国漂洋过海，猕猴桃得以传入新西兰并获大力推广。与中国国宝熊猫相似，奇异鸟是新西兰的国宝🦞。它们害羞，爱吃🦔，嘴巴永远停不下来。

中国和新西兰的渊源要追溯到1800年前。古代中国曾记载新西兰第一次火山爆发的情形；不仅如此♗，很多考古证据显示，第一批在新西兰定居的毛利人便是台湾人。曾有一段时间💁🏼，广东人在新西兰掀起一股“淘金热”。他们大多在洞穴里居住🚄，因淘金丢掉性命的不在少数。1905年，一艘名叫Ss Ventnor的船🎩🧺，载着几百个棺材回中国，而这艘船却在半道沉没👩🏼‍🔬，2014年才被找到🧘🏽‍♀️🫳。古代中国，“君子比德于玉焉，温润而泽仁也”，于新西兰人而言亦是如此：他们将绿玉赠予珍视之人，希望它可以保佑对方💇🏽‍♀️，并带来好运。

Roz说道，新西兰不仅是太平洋上一个与世隔绝的伶仃岛国，在历史的卷帙上🕞，中新来往还是很频繁的，中国和新西兰更是有着千丝万缕的联系。

A Lecture: Lost in New Zealand

Have you ever wondered if all that you heard about New Zealand is true? Did you know that China and New Zealand actually have a long relationship - some argue that the relationship dates back to 1800 years ago? In the evening of June 4th, Ms. Roz Walls lectured on her homeland - New Zealand.

Have you seen the films The Lords of the Rings? It was made in New Zealand. You could breathe fresh air, cross through the bushes, enjoy many beautiful types of scenery, then walk beside the coast. You could also watch Rugby, do some outdoor exercises, or have some coffee with friends and go hiking with them. If you want some fruits, how about kiwifruit? It came from China in the ancient time.

Kiwi is also the name of the national bird of New Zealand. Similar to Panda from China, they are shy and gluttonous. In New Zealand, greenstones are very precious. It would protect the carrier and bring them good luck. What''s more, some evidence showed that Maori was the Taiwan people, they were the first people settled in New Zealand.

Roz said that New Zealand is not only an island country on the Pacific, but had a deep root in history with ancient China.
