6月4日晚7点，外院职协在励耘A112举办了“职等你来”系列讲座之简历制作、面试技巧指导讲座🙅‍♂️。新东方广州J9九游会教学管理部总监吴俊鹏受邀担任主讲人🛀🏿🚏。现场嘉宾有新东方广州J9九游会人事部邓经理、简经理🙄、我院就业指导老师林子建👭🏼。

讲座内容可分为三部分。第一部分是简历撰写。吴俊鹏老师幽默地以一篇“极品简历”开场，向同学们讲授了合格简历与优秀简历所需具备的条件、要素👶🏼。其中，“工作经历要按重要性排序”、“不同公司投递不同简历”和“信息数据化和例子化”等建议让同学们深感受用。第二部分是面试技巧，吴老师依次介绍了面试前的准备🤷🏻‍♂️、面试中的发挥和面试后的注意事项🧑‍🦯‍➡️☯️。他表示只有面试前充分准备、熟悉目标，面试时保持自信🏂🏽👨‍🍳，面试后懂得总结经验的人才能获得成功。在第三部分“缘系新东方”中，吴老师分享了自己在新东方多年的工作经历和心得体会，告诉同学们新东方需要怎样的人才以及就业者能够从这个平台收获什么。此外，他还介绍了新东方提供的许多实习工作🙅🏿。最后，讲座进入答疑环节🚵‍♀️🚶‍♀️，同学们踊跃发问，得到了老师的耐心解答😇，同时收获了精美的奖品。

通过此次讲座，同学们不仅掌握了简历制作与面试的技巧🔯，还获得了拓展自我的就业实习机会🕵️‍♀️。

A Lecture：How to Succeed in Resume Writing and Job Interview

An employment lecture, delivered by Mr.Wu Junpeng, on how to write a resume and succeed in a job interview was held in Liyun A112 by SFL on the evening of June 4th. Simon, Director of the Teaching Management Department of New Oriental School in Guangzhou and Lin Zijian, teacher for employment attended the lecture.

The lecture consisted of three parts. In the first part, Mr. Simon talked about the essential factors of a qualified and excellent resumes. During the second part, Mr. Simon made suggestions on preparation before the interview, distinguishing yourself in the interview and summing up experience after the interview. For the third part, he shared his years’ working experience and offered some internship opportunities in New Oriental School in Guangzhou. Finally came the Q&A session. Students asked lots of questions and got satisfactory answers and gifts.

Through the lecture, students learned many skills in writing a resume and succeeding in job interview and got internship opportunities as well.
