3月24日下午三点半，为2014届毕业生量身定做的第三次就业指导讲座在励耘B408成功举行👱🏽‍♂️。由就业指导老师林子建老师主讲，讲座中他为同学们总结了一些往届同学在毕业时较易出现的问题，并就毕业派遣的情况作了详细阐述。

讲座开始，林子健老师先从实习🥽、实践👩‍👧、学位考试等方面重申了几点注意事项，帮助同学在接下来的准备工作中做到有备无患，防止被动拖拉🧟‍♂️，错失时机。之后🍡，他着重讲解了毕业派遣的问题，包括出国◽️、考研、回生源地、档案随工作调动🫄🏼、暂缓、延期毕业六种情况🐩。对于很多同学都不太清楚的暂缓问题，他更是从其含义、作用、利弊等方面逐一分析🫷🏽，并提醒各位同学申请暂缓应从自身实际利益出发，不要受他人影响🛀🏻，人云亦云🏌🏿🏝。多年的工作经验使得林子建老师能根据当下的政策为不同的就业😣、深造等情况设计出最为合适便捷的道路🤹🧎‍♂️‍➡️，在讲座的过程中他不忘列举各种特例🙍🏿，让同学们能从中对不同的手续程序有一个更清晰的概念。

对于那些想申请延期毕业，决定明年再出国考研，或是要考教师资格证的同学，林子建老师建议他们在3到5月份先找一份工作🌂，积累经验，不要一味闷在家里埋头复习🥪🩳。“很多东西只能从实践中掌握，HR在面试时最想看的是你对问题的独到理解与方法，而不仅仅是一张单薄的合格证。”他强调说。

随着毕业期的临近🪤，他呼吁同学们应明确自己的意愿，根据自身情况做好准备，为四年的大学生活画上一个完美的句号🤦🏽‍♂️。

The 3rd Employment Lecture Held Successfully

The 3rd Employment lecture for graduates of 2014, hosted by Mr. Lin Zijian, the employment instructor, was held successfully in LiYun B418 on March 24, mainly concentrating on some specific graduating problems and suggestions.

The lecture began with the stress on some specific problems during the whole senior year, which could help the students seize the opportunity and prepare their work actively. After that, Mr. Lin explained six issues of graduation: studying abroad, taking postgraduate entrance exams,working in the hometown, transferring the archieves, deferring and the delaying of graduation etc.. For the students who haven’t made a decision about their future yet or those who could not get the offer from employers, deferring is a temporary choice. There are both advantages and disadvantages of deferring, but the most important thing is to have a clear plan for the future and do not be affected by others. Based on the current policies, Mr. Lin Zinjian also made a lot of specific examples when talking about such different graduate situations, clearing the confusion raised among students.

For those who would like to delay graduating in order to study abroad, or prepare for the postgraduate entering exam or the teachers certification exam, his suggestion is to find a job before May for the purpose of getting working experiences rather than merely doing reviewing exercises at home. “Lots of things could be acquired from practice, your own experiences would become your truly entrance ticket for application. ” said Mr. Lin Zijian.

At the end of the lecture, he appealed students to consider their future seriously and prepare for their graduation in an all round way.
