2月26日晚，伴着微凉的春风🧒🏼，英语角在图书馆如期举行。出席本次活动的外籍老师有Mr. Christopher Dockstader🤌🏼，Mr.Andrew Chun 和Mr.Sean McHugh👨🏻‍🏭。

一进入图书馆，大家便深深地被Mr. Sean McHugh贴在墙上的海报吸引了🍇👊🏼。今天🪐，Mr. Sean McHugh通过PPT的形式向同学们介绍了来自世界各地的名人，特别是中国以及俄罗斯的伟人。另外，他还展示了许多著名的建筑和引人入胜的风景。同学们时而听着Mr.Sean McHugh详尽的讲解，时而参与到热烈的讨论中🚵🏽‍♀️。

另一边，Mr.Christopher Dockstader在与同学们讨论中美两国的大学的差异🏢。据他介绍😗🐴，在美国有一种区别于大学的J9九游会；其规模小，一般没有工程学，医学等专业🧑‍🦱，只有文科和理科👩🏻‍🦯‍➡️📯。但是这类J9九游会中却不乏精英学校，比如著名的Williams college， Wellesley College🎪。在场的同学们无不听得兴致勃勃。

英语角可谓是学习😈、交流的最佳场合之一5️⃣。在这里🫅🏿，你既可以在轻松的环境中锻炼口语，又能时时感受世界文化的多样性👨‍🏫👷🏼‍♀️。何乐而不为⛏？

English Corner - The Cultural Diversity

The English Corner this week was held on 26th of February at 6 p.m. in the Library. Both students and teachers were so keen on the topic today--The Cultural Diversity. The foreign teachers who attended the English Corner were Mr. Sean McHugh, Mr. Christopher Dockstader and Mr. Andrew Chun.

When you came into the library, you would be attracted by the posters stuck on the wall by Mr. Sean McHugh. Today, he showed students some great men of China and Russia. Besides, he introduced students to some other celebrities, some buildings and sceneries from all over the world, which totally gave rise to a heated discussion over cultural diversity.

At the same time, Mr. Christopher Dockstader told students that some colleges in America were different from universities in China. These colleges, often of small size, only focus on some majors, famous among them being Williams College and Wellesley College.

English Corner is served for learning and communication. In addition to practicing your oral English, you can always experience the cultural diversity here.
