5月13日星期五下午3:30在丽泽楼A106🚫，我院有幸邀请到珠海市教育局教研中心副主任张军到我校演讲，其题目为“中学教育的时代要求与教育的快乐”。出席本次活动的有陶文好院长和张敏丽老师。

张军主任的演讲风趣幽默而又内涵深刻。张主任以论语的开篇三句话引出了本次讲座的核心思想即教育的快乐，并一再强调培养孩子的自主性和责任感𓀅🚵🏻‍♂️，以及向学生学习教学相长的重要性。他认为教育的快乐事关人生的快乐♓️，教育不仅是个社会命题更是一个生命命题🧑🏽‍🍼。张主任回顾了中国教育的历程，指出教育的自主性虽受到关注👨🏽‍🔬，但仍未摆脱功利化倾向的影响🧙。接着介绍了中学教育的现状，如素质教育🤹‍♂️、学案教学的发展状况，并指出我国教育正处于充满探索困惑的转型期。进而指出中学教师面临两方面的时代要求👩🏿‍🦳：其一为思想层面的要求即育人为本，教育非教学；其二为发展层面的要求即追求教育的快乐，并就此进行了具体阐述。最后张主任还介绍了珠海教师招聘的一些情况🧖🏿‍♂️，并为大家提供了一些求职应聘的宝贵建议👨‍🍳。

对英语专业的学生来说🧑‍⚖️，教育方向是未来就业的主要选择之一，而中学教师更是许多人向往的职业🚣🏿‍♂️。本次讲座帮助同学们从一个较高的层面理解了教育的内涵及教育所面临的责任🧑🏻‍🏭，并为同学们指出了努力的方向🧦，让同学们受益匪浅。

At 3:30 P.M. on May13th, A lecture entitled “The Challenge and Happiness of the Secondary Education” was given by Mr. Zhang Jun, the Vice Director of the Center for Research on Teaching and Learning of Zhuhai Education Bureau.

Mr. Zhang said that the core of education was to pursue the happiness of education. In his opinion, teachers should attach importance to foster children’s self-reliance and sense of duty. Teachers should learn from students. The happiness of education was related to the happiness of life. Therefore, education was not an issue of the society but an issue of life. In his lecture, Mr. Zhang reviewed the history of Chinese education and introduced the present situation of the Secondary Education in China, such as the development of the quality-oriented education system. He said that our education was now at the transition period. As a result, what was expected from the middle school teachers were that they have to adapt to the student-oriented education, and pursue the happiness of education. At last, he introduced the requirements of recruitment of teachers in Zhuhai, and gave some valuable suggestions.

For most English majors, to be a middle school teacher is one of their career options. This lecture helped them to understand the education industry on a high level, and made them know how to prepare for their goals.
