Leck has a BA degree from Angelo State University in English. He has been teaching English as a second language for over 5 years. Leck''s family has a farm in Texas, where he works every time he goes home.

Cowboys are no longer similar to the stereotypes that you see in the movies. The modern Cowboy spends more of his time on the computer than on a horse. In the lecture, Leck will talk about how American farming and ranching has changed in the past 20 years and how that relates to China.
